Mineral County Arrest History
Mineral County's arrest trail begins with the agency that took action. Mineral County Custody Tools Have Limits

Search by DOC number when known or use name fields. A profile may show facility or community status and sentence-related details, but it is not a Mineral County booking record.

The BOP locator accepts federal register numbers or name and identifying fields. It will not locate a person held by a county jail after a new Mineral County arrest.

The Mineral County Sheriff publishes no arrest log, booking blotter, jail roster, warrant list, or online records-request portal. Its 2026 newsletter describes types of 2025 activity, including DUI, felony menacing, assault, harassment, weapons allegations, trespass, and dangerous-dog matters, but it does not provide person-level entries or counts.
Absence from an online roster is therefore not evidence that no arrest occurred. Even a confirmed receiving jail's current roster may remove a name after release or transfer. The Sheriff event record and Mineral Combined Court case file remain separate sources.

Arrests Are Not Convictions
A Mineral County arrest record describes custody action based on legal authority and alleged conduct. A conviction exists only after a court judgment of guilt. Requesting a Mineral County Arrest File
Mineral County's combined CORA/CCJRA form asks for a specific description of the requested document. It provides three working days for records that are available and permits an additional seven working days in extenuating circumstances after notice. Inspection is at a prearranged time at the custodian's office.
The form lists $0.25 per standard page and retrieval time up to $30 per hour based on actual cost. It says copies must be picked up in person and includes an affirmation about pecuniary-gain use. Because the PDF's location wording is malformed and it lacks a dedicated submission email, call the Sheriff before sending the request. Ask for an electronic copy and a cost estimate where available.
Correcting or Sealing Mineral County Arrest Data
A missing disposition and an eligible sealing request require different remedies. If the CBI result shows the arrest but omits the Mineral County outcome, obtain the court disposition and use CBI's disposition-update or challenge process.
